FIRM HISTORY
The Cincinnati law firm of Moore, Moore & Moore, LLC. was founded by a father and two sons. The firm has always operated in a casual, family style. Two of the original founders, Robert P. Moore and David P. Moore, are now deceased. The third, Donald C. Moore, is retired. Currently, the firm is owned by John K. Daggett and managed with the support of dedicated staff.

John K. Daggett is the owner of Moore, Moore & Moore, LLC. Mr. Daggett focuses his practice primarily in the area of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and paternity matters. He is experienced in handling division of property, including complex business valuations, and as one of the 32 original Collaborative Law practitioners in Cincinnati, has an in-depth understanding of the Collaborative Law process. Mr. Daggett also devotes a portion of his practice to criminal defense matters, including misdemeanors and felonies.
Mr. Daggett has served as Chairman of the Clermont County Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee since 2004. He is the 2016 Clermont County Bar Association president. He is also a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee. Since 1987, Mr. Daggett has been a speaker at family law seminars hosted by the Clermont and Hamilton County Bar Associations as well as the Ohio Magistrate’s Association. He is a former Clermont County Prosecutor and Judge Pro Tem in the Clermont County Court.
Mr. Daggett has been licensed to practice in Ohio since 1982, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Daggett earned his Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and his Bachelor of Science degree from Manchester College.
